Cake Ball of the month

I saw someone on food tv the other day making cake balls. Cake balls are crumbled up cake mixed with icing, rolled into balls, and rolled in chocolate. I decided to do one flavor of cake balls each month. I have also decided to use my family as taste testers to see which ones are good.  After I'm done I was also thinking of starting a business making cake balls for people, coffee houses and cafes.  For the month of june I have made red velvet cake calls cover in white chocolate with coconut in it.  They look really good as far as the chocolate on them and the decoration i used. I will let you know  how my family will like them. If they are good i will add them to my list. Please feel free to ask me questions about the cake balls.
